These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nutrivial website at www.nutrivial.com ("Website"), the Nutrivial Nutrient Analysis tool at app.nutrivial.com ("Tool"), and any nutrition or health coaching services offered through these platforms (collectively, "Services").
The Services are operated by Nutrivial ("we", "us", "our"), a sole trader based in Switzerland.
By accessing or using any of our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Coaching Terms and Conditions or the Client-Coach Agreement, the latter documents shall prevail in respect of coaching services.
The Tool allows users to describe their recent food and drink intake in plain language. Using AI-assisted analysis, the Tool provides an indicative breakdown of macro- and micronutrient consumption, estimates of food processing levels (NOVA classification), glycemic index and glycemic load, and a comparison of these values against recognised dietary reference values, primarily those published by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Ernährung (DGE), the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA), and the World Health Organization (WHO).
The Tool generates a personalised report based on profile information you provide, including age, sex, weight, lifestyle and health conditions. Reports can be downloaded as PDF documents.
Nutrivial offers optional, paid nutrition and health coaching services, bookable through the Website. These services are governed by two additional documents that clients accept at the point of booking: the Nutrivial Coaching Terms and Conditions, and the Client-Coach Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and those documents, the Coaching Terms and Conditions and the Client-Coach Agreement shall prevail in relation to coaching services.
These Terms apply to all users of the Website and Tool, including coaching clients. Coaching clients are subject to these Terms in addition to their coaching-specific agreements.
Please read carefully. The Nutrivial Tool and all associated reports are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, medical diagnosis, or medical treatment.
The indicative results generated by the Tool are based on the information you provide and on established dietary reference values. They are not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or dietetic advice. Results are approximate and may not reflect your actual nutritional status.
Nutrivial is operated by a certified health coach. We are not medical doctors, registered dietitians, or licensed nutritionists. Nothing in our Services should be interpreted as professional medical or clinical nutritional advice.
You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional — including your GP or a registered dietitian — before making any significant changes to your diet, supplementation regimen, or lifestyle, particularly if you have an existing medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are taking medication.
Do not disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of anything you have read, generated, or received through Nutrivial's Services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at health@nutrivial.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

Reports are indicative only. Accuracy depends on the completeness and correctness of your input, variability in food composition, and reference values used. Nutrivial provides no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of reports.
Your first nutrition report is free of charge, with no credit card required. To generate additional reports, a paid subscription is required. Subscription plans, pricing, and included features are described on the pricing page of the Tool at app.nutrivial.com.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected). You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method at the start of each billing period. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no refund is issued for the unused portion of a prepaid period, except where required by applicable law.
Coaching fees, cancellation and rescheduling policies, and refund terms are set out in the Nutrivial Coaching Terms and Conditions and Client-Coach Agreement, which coaching clients accept separately at the time of booking. Please refer to those documents for full details. All coaching prices are listed in Euros on the Website.
Tool subscription prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF). Coaching prices are stated in Euros (EUR). All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.
If a payment fails, we reserve the right to suspend access to paid features until the outstanding amount is settled.
All content on the Website and within the Tool — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, report layouts, AI models, and software — is the property of Nutrivial or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may download and retain a copy of your own report PDF for personal use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Services without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nutrivial shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to:

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Website or Tool. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in any conduct we deem harmful to other users, third parties, or the reputation of Nutrivial.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
If you are a consumer resident in an EU member state, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law in your country of residence, to the extent they cannot be excluded by contract.
